We have formulated blends for production of bread, pizza bases, wraps and pastas. If any other specialized product is required, we can formulate it to your desired needs.

We have a vast network of local farmers and pre-packers within a 120km radius of Gauteng.
We source our produce direct and align our processing operation in accordance with their harvesting programs to ensure quality and freshness. Produce is brought directly from the farm to our facility.
Traceability is important to us, especially for our organic farmers and clients who prefer organic produce.
All produce is thoroughly inspected, washed, trimmed, peeled (if required) before processing takes place. Processing the veg is done to client specification before drying.
Products are dehydrated through thermal heating process, or under vacuum or drum drying processes. Depending on the type of vegetable and the required end-product.
Once the product is dry, we can grind or mill the product to the client’s specific needs. If blending is required where the client would like to make up mixed veg packages, we are able to do so to the clients’ needs and specifications.
