About VegDry

VegDry is here for all your dry veg needs. From dehydrated vegetables, pulses and procced grains. We strive to support local farmers and producers to add value to produce that would have gone to waste. Our vegetable drying enabling us to support farmers to find a route to market for their produce which might not look aesthetically pleasing but is still packed full of the nutritional values.

In 2022 while visiting various of our grower a common discussion came up, what can be done with produce that are oversized, undersized, crooked and just not aesthetically pleasing but is still perfectly healthy and nutritious. As this produce received the same care and attention as all the other goods. It downed on us to find a market for these goods to assist farmers with their waste management programs and farming sustainability practices.

With our operation being able to handle various vegetable types we can have an impact on supporting farmers with their unwanted produce and supply the consumer with dehydrated vegetables suitable for various industries.

We source our produce direct and align our processing operation in accordance with their harvesting programs to ensure quality and freshness. Produce is brought directly from farm to our facility. Traceability is important to us, especially for our organic farmers and clients who prefer organic produce.
